Secure RSS…

This is interesting – Fredrik Wackå points to a company that are talking about a more secure form of RSS delivery. A quick read of the press release leads one to Reactivity "the Secure XML Company". Their press release about this is here, and apart from providing some high level information about being able to "authenticate access, secure transport, encrypt single and aggregated RSS feeds and transform RSS data to and from other XML formats", also talks about a partnership with SimpleFeed, a company I hadn't heard of before, but seem to be all about syndication. One to keep an eye on – but I am curious to understand exactly what secure RSS really is, and how this affects aggregators.
