A vision of how meetings might work – optimise the drudge work of reporting status, and spend more time on the more important stuff…yes there’s a targeted message here… 

If we adjourned there, we'd have saved time and it would be worth it. But what we find is that we can now use the rest of our shared time to talk strategy, or project management plan, or whatever other burning question that actually needs to be resolved. This makes the whole meeting much more valuable than in the past, since rather than just reporting information we are actually making decisions. OneNote Shared Sessions
